How to Use Our AI-Powered Job Board: A Step-by-Step Tutorial

We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new AI-Powered Job Board—designed to streamline and supercharge your recruitment process. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through every step of how to use it, from creating a job listing to finding the perfect candidate match. Whether you’re a recruiter, hiring manager, or HR professional, this powerful tool is here to make your life easier.

Getting Started – How to access the Job Board and create a Job with AI

One of the main features we want to disclose on this tutorial of our AI-Powered Job Board is the ability to create jobs. But first, you have to access the job board itself from your company’s dashboard page.To do it, head there and under “Active Jobs”, click on “More”.

Press “More” under “Active Jobs” to access the Job Board.

Now, you have two options to create a job listing:

  1. New Job – Manually enter and structure all the job details. This can be particularly helpful if you want to have full control over everything right from the start.
  2. New Job with AI – Provide the basic information and a featured image, then let our AI do the rest. This doesn’t mean you can’t further refine and edit the AI result.

You can create Jobs with or without AI.

We believe leveraging AI to optimize your CV management is crucial in today’s industry. So, as a best practice, we advise you to use the “New Job with AI” option when creating a job. Then, let’s explore how it works.

Creating a Job with AI

Start by pasting your job description into the Job Post field, then select a featured image to represent the listing on the board. Click Generate Job to proceed.

Copy and paste the text and insert the featured image: the AI-Assistant will do the rest.

You’ll be taken to an editing screen where you can review and fine-tune the job details. Here, you can:

  • Change the featured image or job title
  • Edit job descriptions and requirements
  • Set the job location, salary, and assign a manager

Setting Match Criteria

Our matching configuration allows you to define criteria that help the AI find the best candidate matches. These can include:

  • Years of experience
  • Education level
  • Specific skills
  • Language proficiency

For example, you might specify two years of experience as a key requirement, a bachelor’s degree as mandatory, and proficiency in Java and French. The AI will pre-fill some of these fields based on your job post, but you can easily modify or remove them.

When finished, click Save.

I’ve created the Job, now what?

Your next task is to update the job status, start matching talent, and let the AI assist you. Let’s head on into the second part of the AI-Powered Job Board Tutorial!

Managing the Job Listing

Once your job is created, you’ll land on its dedicated page where further edits are possible. You can:

  • Set the listing to public or private
  • Add consultants from your talent pool to review candidates
  • View match scores that reflect how well a candidate’s profile fits the job criteria
  • Move candidates through recruitment phases using the status dropdown menu
  • Categorize your job for better organization
Your Job Dashboard allows you to set the status of the job, categorize it and match talent.

Finding Candidates within the Job Board Filters

You can add consultants to this job in multiple ways. You can import multiple candidates or add individual consultants, which are the manual methods to do it. On the other hand, you can use filters to automatically find candidates from your talent pool who meet specific job criteria. To use this method, click on “Add Consultants by Filter”.

For example, if your job requires Java experience, apply a “Java” filter and instantly see candidates who qualify. Afterwards, you can further refine your search using the “tags” functionality. This allows you to narrow down the list by selecting specific predefined tags that you’ve assigned to candidates on their profiles — such as “remote only,” “on-site,” and so on.

Adding candidates with filters makes sure that you find the right person.

Using AI to Assess Candidates

One of the most powerful features of our Job Board is the ability to use AI to speed up the process of finding the right people for the job. To get a detailed AI assessment of how well a candidate fits the role, click Refresh next to their name or use the Update Score option. Once the AI completes its analysis, click Analysis to see which criteria they meet and where they may fall short. Furthermore, you will get a percentage, which means how well the candidate’s CV matches with the job listing.

The AI Assessment can help you evaluate a candidate’s profile and suggest improvements.

You can also use the AI score to filter candidates based on rating range. For example, if you’re managing a database with hundreds of candidates and want to focus on the most promising profiles, simply click on “Score” and select the “81–100” range. This will display only those candidates who have been evaluated by the AI within that top score bracket.

Contacting Candidates

When you’re ready to move forward, update a candidate’s status to something like Client Interview, then click Send Emails. Draft your message, and the candidate will receive it directly in their inbox.

You can use the candidate status and send direct emails through our Job Board.

What about external candidates that aren’t on my Sprint CV talent pool?

Sharing the Job Listing

If you want to attract candidates outside your talent pool, you can make the listing public and share it on external platforms such as LinkedIn.

Here’s how:

  1. Change the job status to Public
  2. Click Share to generate the public listing URL
  3. Copy and paste the link wherever you wish to promote the job (social media, job websites, etc.)

Candidates can apply directly through this page. If they already have a Sprint CV account, they simply agree to the data terms and apply. If not, they’ll be prompted to create an account before submitting their application. In both cases, the AI will immediately assess their profile and send the manager an email with the AI Assessment. .

The Job page gives outside candidates all the information about the job and the possibility to apply with just a few clicks.

Customizing Your Job Board

To tailor the look and feel of your job board to your brand, go to Company Settings and navigate to the Jobs tab. From here, you can:

  • Customize which fields are visible (e.g., salary, contact info)
  • Add links to your privacy policy and terms of service
  • Display manager contact details
  • Add your logo and featured images
  • Adjust section colors to align with your branding
  • Group jobs into categories for better organization
Everything is fully customizable under the “Jobs” tab on your Company Settings.
