At our company, innovation never stops. Sprint CV new features are designed to make recruiters’ lives easier and help companies manage consultants with greater accuracy, automation, and security. Our latest release brings a series of improvements that improve performance and streamline workflows. Here’s what’s new.

New Data Fields Features at your Sprint CV Account

You can now show important details like role, location, address, postal code or service line, directly in the consultant preview sidebar. This configuration is available under Company Settings → Personal Settings, allowing each organization to decide which fields to display.

Now, you can choose more details to include on the consultant’s profile preview.

We’ve also added junior/senior flags in the JSON data. The seniority thresholds are configurable within Company Settings, giving clearer insights into experience levels across teams.

Admins can edit the new fields directly from the Admin Console. This gives them full flexibility to maintain data consistency across all profiles. We’ve also expanded the JSON data structure to include this data points and other project-specific attributes. All these data fields are also captured automatically by the AI CV Parser.

Sprint CV New AI Features

We have just launched our new AI Assistant Chatbot, built to be truly user friendly and flexible. It helps teams work faster, reduce manual tasks, and access the right information at the right moment. Here is what it can do:

  • The chat window is resizable.
  • The user’s profile image now appears in the chat.
  • You can close and reopen the chat easily.
  • A simple page refresh (F5) restarts the conversation.
  • The AI automatically reads the entire user profile for context.

AI Skill Autodetection for All Projects

Skill autodetection is now available for existing projects, not just new ones. Simply save and rerun the AI Assistant to refresh project data with newly detected skills.

New AI Options: AI Review and AI Job

The AI module now includes two powerful new options:

  • AI Review – an AI Assistant that intelligently improves a CV.
  • AI Job – post a job description and instantly rewrite candidates profiles to match it.

These upgrades make Sprint CV even more intelligent and context-aware.

Users can adjust AI freedom levels to control how much autonomy the assistant has when optimizing profiles for specific job posts.

Companies Now Sorted Alphabetically

Finding companies within your workspace is now simpler and faster. All company names are automatically sorted in alphabetical order, improving navigation and search efficiency for admins and managers.

Improved Parsing and Imports

We’ve enhanced Profile Warnings related to language detection. The system now prioritizes spoken language when determining a consultant’s mother tongue, providing more accurate and reliable results.

No more case-sensitivity headaches. Our updated parser now recognizes header names regardless of upper- or lowercase letters, ensuring smooth bulk imports every time.

Admin Console

Copy Existing Companies

Admins can now create a copy of any company with one click.
The new “Copy” button duplicates:

  • The company image
  • Company Settings
  • And assigns the logged-in admin as the new owner

All other information is reset, creating a clean, editable company replica in seconds.

Mother Company Configuration

Admins can now relate multiple companies using the Mother Company feature.
When a consultant is created under a child company, they’re automatically linked to both the child and the mother company, ensuring accurate hierarchy and reporting.

Minor Bug Fixes

Help Link Bug Fixed

We’ve corrected an issue with incorrect help-link routing.
The Help Icon now directs you to the right tutorials and resources every time.

The Clear Advanced Search button in the Job Board now functions properly, ensuring smoother navigation and filtering when refining job searches.

Enhanced Security and Permissions

To protect user data, we’ve set a new maximum email length of 80 characters. This prevents formatting issues and strengthens system stability.

Job Settings and Edit Permissions

We’ve refined access control to make collaboration more secure and organized.

  • Consultants can no longer upload files within the Profile Manager.
  • Managers, however, retain full upload permissions.

This change ensures data integrity and keeps profiles consistent across all company accounts.

API Updates

To make integrations easier, the API no longer requires an email field. Access now relies only on the Access Token and Client ID, both available under Company Settings.

We’ve refreshed and expanded our API documentation, including details on CV generation and new endpoints for developers integrating Sprint CV into their systems.
