Profile Validator – a Sprint CV new feature for recruiters who want to be ahead
The Profile Validator is your quality control assistant for consultant profiles. It automatically scans each profile and highlights any missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information—so you can ensure that all CVs meet your company’s standards before sending them out.
How does it work? The validator runs a series of smart checks across key profile sections and issues clear warnings when something needs attention. These checks are based on configurable rules that your company can adjust in the settings.
Here are a few examples of what it can catch:
- A professional experience entry that’s missing an industry or project name
- A profile with no contact information listed
- A description that’s too short in the summary, responsibilities, or experience sections (with minimum length rules defined by you)
- General information that’s missing, like the “About Me” section.
These alerts appear directly on the profile, helping consultants and managers quickly spot what needs to be fixed.

- Saves time: No more back-and-forth reviewing CVs manually to check for completeness.
- Improves quality: Every consultant’s profile stays aligned with your company’s standards.

- Supports automation: Clean, validated profiles work better with AI scoring on the AI-Powered Job Board, giving you more accurate results across when looking for the right fit for an opening. You can also use the AI Assistant to fill in the missing details in the highlighted sections.
The Profile Validator parameters are customizable in the Company Settings, and users can also choose to disable them by clicking “Dismiss All” on the profile.

Improved CV Parser: a New Feature that makes Recruiters’ life easier
At Sprint CV, we know that not all CVs are created equal. That’s why we’ve upgraded our CV Parser to better handle the variety and complexity of real consultant resumes—no matter the format.
The improved parser delivers greater accuracy and flexibility, helping you turn messy, unstructured documents into clean, organized profiles with minimal effort.
What’s new?

The parser is now more precise in extracting structured data from professional experience, including project names, client industries, roles, responsibilities, and technologies used. - Improved language parsing

Customizable Ratings: a New Feature that Tailors Skill Levels to Match Your Recruiting Standards
Sprint CV’s familiar rating system—used to assess a consultant’s expertise in roles, skills, and industries—just got a powerful upgrade. This new feature can help recruiters fully customize on their company settings what each level represents, aligning skill levels with the real experience expectations of their company or project.
By default, our platform uses a 5-level scale:
- Level 1 = basic familiarity
- Level 5 = deep expertise
But now, in your Company Settings, managers and admins can define exactly how much experience corresponds to each level—for each category.
How it works:
Let’s say you’re evaluating consultants on the Java skill. You might define:
- Level 1 = at least 2 years of experience
- Level 2 = 5 years
- Level 3 = 7 years
- …and so on, up to level 5.
This means the star ratings shown on profiles will be automatically calculated based on your criteria—creating consistency across your entire talent pool.
Why it matters:
- Standardizes evaluations: Every consultant is assessed against the same, clearly defined benchmarks.
- Improves transparency: Hiring managers know exactly what a “Level 4 Java developer” means in your organization.
- Reduces bias: Ratings are based on real experience data, not subjective impressions.
- Custom to your reality: Different companies value experience differently—now your system reflects that.
