Releasing Sprint CV AI-Powered Job Board
We’re excited to unveil a brand-new feature in Sprint CV—our AI-Powered Job Board, designed to simplify and accelerate the way you create and manage job postings.

With just a few inputs, our AI can now generate complete job descriptions—automatically filling in required skills, helping you build accurate and attractive job listings in seconds. - Smarter Editing Workflow
Once a job is saved, the system now redirects you directly to the job details page for faster access, review, and sharing. - AI Assessments
Our platform now includes intelligent, AI-driven assessments tailored to each role. These evaluations help you screen candidates more effectively—measuring technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit with minimal manual effort. - AI-Powered Candidate Matching
Automatically filter your internal candidate database to identify the most relevant profiles for each job post. Save time and start your hiring process with the best-fit candidates, already prioritized for you. - Multi-Platform Job Sharing
Easily share job openings across your company website, LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms. Our system ensures your postings remain consistent in style and content—no extra formatting needed. - Fully Customizable Job Board

Multi-Company Management Now Available
Organizations can now assign managers to multiple companies. This is ideal for consulting firms or umbrella organizations that need to manage separate entities—such as internal staff and external contractors—under one unified account.
This keeps operations organized and maintain clarity between different business units or client groups.

Improved User Experience with Sprint CV Release 22
With our new release, we’ve made several front-end enhancements to make your daily usage of Sprint CV more intuitive and efficient:
- Cleaner Company Pages: Login and sign-up buttons are now hidden on public company landing pages, giving them a sleeker, more professional appearance.
- Job Page Redesign: The job listings page (
/jobs
) and company-specific job pages (/c/[company]/jobs
) have been visually refreshed for easier navigation and a better user experience. - Smarter AI Job Generation: Required skills are now automatically filled in when creating jobs using our AI assistant.
- Better Editing Workflow: When saving a job, you’re now automatically redirected to the job details page, reducing clicks and improving speed.
API Enhancements for Greater Flexibility
We’ve expanded our API capabilities to give developers and integrations even more power:
- Generate CVs via API using either the consultant ID or public UID.
- New fields added to the JSON response:
consultant_id
,url
, andhas_non_highlighted_projects
. - If a project’s domain is null, industry skills will return as an empty array instead of a default.
These updates enable more seamless integration between Sprint CV and your internal systems.
Sprint CV Recruitment & Consultant Management Tools
- Editable Consultant Emails: Managers can now update consultant email addresses (when the
show_change_consultant_email
setting is enabled).
- Custom Delete Options: Admins can control the visibility of delete buttons for consultants (
show_delete_consultant
) and CV profiles (show_delete_profile
).

Admin Dashboard Improvements on the new release
- Duplicate CV Templates: You can now duplicate existing CV templates. Duplicates will be automatically renamed with “copy” appended.
- Connection Timestamps: Admins can view the creation timestamps of connections in the admin panel, making it easier to track activity and troubleshoot.
Performance, Security, and Privacy Updates
- Faster Talent Reports: Backend optimizations have improved report generation speeds.
- Enhanced Privacy: We’ve removed Google Analytics to prioritize user privacy and data protection.
- Optional Gender Field: Added a new optional gender field (
wizard_personal_gender
) on the consultant profile form. - No Default Experience: Consultants will no longer be assigned default experience values upon creation.
- Account Recovery Upgrade: Changing a password now automatically unblocks a consultant or manager account.
